Aupod Partner Program Terms of Use
- Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Aupod Partner Program (“Program”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use, Aupod’s compliance guidelines, and applicable laws including the Privacy Act 1988, Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regulations, and the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) rules.
- Partner Obligations
- Partners act solely as authorised introducers and not as tax agents.
- Partners must comply with all marketing, and branding requirements set by Aupod.
- Partners shall not provide tax advice, financial advice, bookkeeping, or lodge tax returns on behalf of clients.
- Partners must maintain active status requirements including consultants, new client introductions, ongoing marketing, and linking to www.aupod.com.au.
- Misuse of information, TFN data, or intellectual property is prohibited.
- Partner Benefits and Commission
- Partner commissions are calculated according to the commission-based payment structure outlined in the Partner Program.
- QR Codes issued must be used honestly without misleading customers.
- If a Partner’s status is suspended or terminated, all program benefits and discounts end immediately.
- Intellectual Property
- Aupod retains all ownership of trademarks, logos, and proprietary systems.
- Partners shall not copy, imitate, or misuse any program assets or intellectual property.
- TerminationAupod reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Partner for breach or legal violations with no obligation of payout for pending commissions beyond the termination date.
- Limitation of Liability
Partners indemnify Aupod against any direct or indirect claims arising from breaches or unauthorised acts related to the Program.
Aupod Partner Program Privacy Policy
- Personal Information Collection
- Aupod collects personal and business information from Partners to administer the Program, including identification documents, contact details, ABN, business information, and marketing activity data.
- Customer information collected via Partner referral channels is owned and managed solely by Aupod.
- Use of Information
- Personal data is used to verify eligibility, manage Partner status, calculate commissions, and facilitate communication and marketing compliance.
- Data is handled according to the Privacy Act 1988 and relevant ATO guidelines.
- Data Sharing and Security
- Partner data may be shared internally within Aupod and with service providers under confidentiality agreements.
- Partners are prohibited from exporting customer data or using it for purposes outside the Aupod Program.
- Data protection measures are in place to safeguard personal information from unauthorised access or misuse.
- Partner Obligations Regarding Customer Data
- Partners must inform customers that their data is shared with Aupod and the Partner via QR code forms or other referral methods.
- Partners must comply with unsubscribe requests and relevant privacy notices as per the Privacy Act.
- Retention and Deletion
- Partner information is retained for as long as the Partner remains active in the Program.
- Upon resignation or termination, Partner data will be handled according to Aupod’s data retention policies and legal requirements.
